Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We post books and other physical items to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Our online courses need no delivery: you can use them from anywhere, as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery: £3.49.

Free delivery on orders over £35.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are prepared on the next working day. We email you when your order is on its way.

Your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, or it arrives damaged, please tell us using Get help in your dashboard or the contact form on our home page. We will trace it, send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund Policy for returns.
