Refund Policy

The short version

Changed your mind about a course? Ask within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. Books and other items we post can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. If anything is faulty or not as described, we will put it right.

Courses and downloads

You can cancel a course or a digital download within 14 days of the day you bought it, for any reason, and we will refund the full price. Your access to the course ends when the refund is made.

To cancel, use Get help in your dashboard (choose "Payment or order") or the contact form on our home page, and tell us your order number.

After 14 days we cannot give a refund because you have changed your mind, but your rights if a course is faulty or not as described still apply (see below).

Books and other items we post

You can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order. Tell us you want to cancel using Get help or the contact form, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Please return them unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you pay the cost of returning it. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you showing us proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If something arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund; after that we will repair or replace it, or refund you if we cannot. For courses, we will fix the problem or give you a refund.

How we refund you

We refund to the card or payment method you used to pay. Depending on your bank, the money can take a few working days to reach your account after we make the refund.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our Terms and Conditions also apply.
